Hi Neil!

Great addition to the list. I used to say if we could get an employee to stay for 5 years, it was a win. Then I changed a win to getting an employee to stay for 2 years. Now I feel that having an employee for one year is all I can honestly expect in today's world. If I am trying to attract and retain the best employees, I definitely have to be flexible about offering telework.

I enjoyed your site.

Thanks for your comment,

Could I add staff retention to your list, if a member of staff enjoys the telecommuting aspect of their role, they are less likely to move on
