They provide an excellent service to both parties involved (the person searching for software and the vendor). SoftwareAdvice gathers as much information from each prospective customer as possible to find out what their exact needs are. If our software sounds like a good fit, they provide us with in-depth information about the prospect's needs so we can begin a dialogue. Don Fornes himself is very responsive and helpful as well.
