If this age group isn't having fun then they are gone. Money is no object and they are largely motivated by a fun environment. Dont discount this group because you are of the belief that work is work. This generation has lots to offer the workplace and can even teach us old codgers how to loosen up and enjoy our worklives a little more and stress alittle less! Sherry L.
