As far as I can tell, there is no update. The link in the Dropbox Help Center is still live -

Also, achieving certification, and agreeing to sign a Business Associates Agreement would be pretty large accomplishments for Dropbox for Business. If they do, I imagine we won&#039;t have to strain to hear about it!
